We post same day as the orders are placed on our website.
Q. What about customer returns?
A. If a product is faulty we will replace it FREE of charge.  If your order is
returned back to us then we will contact you to re-send your order.
Q. What happens once I have placed my order online?
A. You will be sent an order confirmation by email.  We will send your
order the same day dispatch.  We send Royal Mail recorded, so if you
are not at home to sign for it then Royal Mail will leave you a card.
Q. How do I track my dental order?
A. Simply send an email to and let us know
your reference number. We look after our customers and that is why you
can call customer care from 8.30am to 11.30pm Mon- Sun.
