Gregory
and the uk gypsy cosmetic
dentist, chapter one.
The novel about
Gregory and the Gypsy Cosmetic
Dentist by Emma Williams ©.
Gregory was very slim with brown
hair and a round face. He had designer glasses on that
he saved up for for months. He worked in an office,
was not very well payed and was single. He was timid
as a boy but grew up to be more confident in his twenties.
But even now at twenty nine years old he was still as
scared of the dentist as he was when he was nine. So
as you can imagine it was a very huge dilema for Gregory
to go to the cosmetic
dentist and he hadn't been in years.
'' The lady did sound nice on the phone'' thought Gregory
to himself as he tried to focus his mind together walking
into the waiting room. The decor was relaxing and there
were three people waiting, one a retired gentleman and
then a young mother in her early thirties with a little
girl who looked about six. Gregory took a deep breathe
and sat down telling himself that if a little six year
old kid could go to the cosmetic
dentist then so could he.
When shock horror! Just as Gregory was taking a seat
a five foot nine 'big boned' dental nurse stomped into
the waiting area thudding the floor with her size nine
feet.
''Are you Gregory MacGreggor?'' asked the sturn faced
Glasweigon women in her serious matron tone. Gregory
could feel his sweat pores ouze out water from off of
his forehead ''yyyes'' he said stuttering in fear at
the site of the sergant major dental nurse coming to
get him to take him back to the evil cosmetic
dentist
!
''Well you will have to wait! Dr Zervargo is running
late!!'' said the dental
surgery nurse before stomping back out
the room with her thudding feet.
''Dr Zervago?'' Gregory whispered under his breathe
as his sat wiping his sweat from of his forehead, he
could feel himself going bright red with embarrassedment.
Then the women in the waiting room smiled at him.
''Dr Zervargon'' she whispered over her magazine.
''Pardon?'' asked a confused Gregory.
''It's Dr Zervargon not zervargo, sounds funny doesn't
it?''
Gregory just stared at the young women sat with her
chuckling daughter next to her. He was stuck for words........he
had a fear of dentists and he was sat in a dental waiting
room scared to hell of the sergant major dental surgery
nurse having a conversation with someone about how the
dentists name isn't really Dr Zervargo? And lets face
it with a name like that and a dental nurse who's a
cross between an army sergant and margeret thatcher
on steriods what the heck is the
dentist going to be like ?
And with that thought Gregory stood up with sweat dripping
down his beetroot red face and palpertations in his
chest and ran for the door, he ran down the corridor
and ran straight out the door and yes, Gregory carried
on running until he realised his face was no longer
wet with fear but with the fact he had just sprinted
for nearly a mile to be free from the clutches of the
evil dentist and his evil apprentice dental
surgery nurse !
If I can say so myself in that situation I do not think
I would be too far behind him, after all, would you
willingly put your teeth in the hands of a dental
surgery nurse
like that ?
To be continued....................Hope you enjoyed
it...Chapter 2 is under way for you to read very soon...
