start with 10% or 16% carbamide peroxide or a 5% hydrogen
peroxide.

long do I wear dental bleaching trays ?
Carbamide
peroxide can be used for up to 2 hours a day for up to 14
days of treatment, the hydrogen peroxide formula only needs
30 min's wear time a day.

effective is home dental bleaching ?
Dental
bleaching is very effective, the whitening procedure can change
you tooth colour by up to 10 shades lighter, all the brands
